Loropetalume 

Cerise Charm is a true breakthrough with dark plum, almost black, small leaf foliage that doesn't fade. This loropetalum bears stunning, red flowers in the spring and has graceful arching branches on a well behaved habit. These low maintenance shrubs are great for mass planting.
